The Community Outreach Department maintains contact with both individual community members and refugee community based organizations (CBOs) in Egypt to enhance services. Through the work of the department’s programs, StARS collects data on CBOs and assesses the needs and capacities of individual CBOs to help them provide efficient and impactful support within their communities.
